Front of the House

Bartender: The bartender plays a critical role on the restaurant's team. He/she keeps the drinks and the conversations flowing by providing timely, accurate, and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.
Qualifications:  Be 21 years of age. High school diploma or general education degree preferred but not required. Must have working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and common drink recipes and at least one year of previous experience. OLCC alcohol server permit preferred.

Host/Hostess: The Host/Hostess establishes the atmosphere that welcomes our guests. He/she warmly greet guests on arrival and manages the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes. In addition, the Host/Hostess takes and fills guests' orders for desserts to go and retail merchandise.
Qualifications:   Be 18 years of age. High school diploma or general education degree preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions and previous restaurant and retail experience preferred.

Server: Servers provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time that they will want to return again and again.
Qualifications:   Be 18 years of age. High school diploma or general education degree preferred but not required. Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions and have at least one year of previous experience. OLCC alcohol server permit preferred.

Busperson/Dish Machine Operator: This position is critical to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the restaurant. He/she serves guests bread and water upon their arrival and provides refills as needed, removes used tableware between courses, and clears and resets tables after guests leave. He/she also cleans tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment and helps to keep the kitchen clean and organized.
Qualifications:   Be 18 years of age. High school diploma or general education degree preferred. Basic knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations, procedures and functions preferred. At least six months of previous experience preferred.

Back of the House

Line Cook: The Line Cook accurately and efficiently prepares items on the menu and performs other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation.
Qualifications:   Be 21 years of age with high school diploma or general education degree required. Minimum of two years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking, with six months to a year of experience in a similar position.
